Svetlana Malkarova, the Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai and Vice-Rector of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, has been awarded a Patriarchal Diploma

Svetlana Malkarova has helped shape youth policy and education aimed at developing high ethical principles, responsibility, diligence and self-discipline in students. 

Svetlana now heads a new campus of Plekhanov University in the United Arab Emirates and supervises the Centre for the Implementation of Development Projects of the University, which is responsible for the University's contribution to the development of society.
