• 17,000 USD (62 000 AED) per year for bachelor’s degree 

• 22,000 USD (80 000 AED) per year for master’s degree

Student Finance Policy

Plekhanov University in Dubai has a specific payment policy for all programs. All tuition fees must be paid 5 working days before each academic year or semester starts. The student may be expelled for non-payment of tuition within the time limits specified in the tuition agreement.

• For the entire period of study;

• For the year of study;

• For one semester.
