Students studying at accredited and recognized higher education institutions may apply for transfer to PRUE under the CAA 2019 standards. The transfer takes place during holiday time on the basis of a personal application of the student. The Plekhanov University Admissions Committee decides on the transfer. Transfer is possible within the University and its Branches from one undergraduate program to another or from one graduate program to another. Transfer from another educational institution is also possible, provided that students transfer from UAE institutions registered with the National Register of Licensed Higher Education Institutions or other organizations in the UAE approved by the CAA.
