Administrative and Financial Affairs

The administrative and financial affairs at Plekhanov University Dubai strive to manage branch functions efficiently by strategically coordinating the resources to support students success by maintaining a clean and safe environment. It also provides faculty the necessary setting to effective learning using innovative solutions. 
The management of Plekhanov University as a separate structural subdivision of the University is based on a combination of unity of command and collegiality.
Financial regulations are approved by the Academic Council. The Regulation is an integral element of the regulatory framework that regulates the processes of budgetary management of the Branch of the University.

Payments

Plekhanov University students are expected to pay their tuition fees and other service charges related to attending courses at the University before the beginning of each semester/term. All outstanding balances must be cleared prior the final exams.

Adjustments of charges

All tuition and service fees by Plekhanov University are approved by the Academic Council of the University. Plekhanov University review its tuition and service fees annually and may recommend and amend an increase of the tuition and service fees to existing students in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contract (signed by all students). Changes in tuition and service fees are effective on Fall semesters of every year. All tuition and service fees are listed in the University website. Plekhanov University reserves the right to include additional fees to existing students to meet certain higher education needs and expectations.
